It is our intention to exceed customer expectations with quality products and customer service excellence. We realize that sometimes products simply are not up to your expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product purchased, contact our customer service department HERE.

Watermarking and URL on digital samples
Testimonial Productions, LLC. and Christian Coats of Arms™ brings you high quality prints for your home and office. All prints are guarantee to be of the highest quality possible. All our prints have been designed exclusively for Christian Coat of Arms ™.

Prints purchased will be free of both, the watermark (shadow) and our URL.

In order to protect our images from being defaced or modified, all pictures presented on our site and on the store have been altered with the use of a digital watermark. A digital watermark is a message which is embedded into digital content (audio, video, images or text) that can be detected or extracted later. Such messages carry copyright information of the content. It takes its name from watermarking of paper or money as a security measure. For this reason, you will see a large CCA “shadow” on every sample print as well as our URL (http://ChristianCoatOfArms.net) at the bottom.

Order Changes
Because orders are processed daily, NO changes will be allowed once an order has been entered. Please make sure your orders are finalized before placing.

Returns
Please inspect your item upon receipt. If you need to exchange or have any product replaced, notify our customer service department within 10 business days from received date, we will make the necessary arrangements.

Back-orders
We will notify you by e-mail if an item is temporarily out of stock. We will let you know the approximate ship date. If your order includes more than the back-ordered item(s), we will ship you the in-stock items and then notify you regarding your back-order.

Rush Orders
All orders are shipped at UPS-Regular Ground Service rates. If you require overnight shipments, notify us before 1:00 PM with your order. We will make every effort to meet your need date. You will be billed the additional overnight charge.

Terms
We accept payments via PayPal. PayPal account optional. PayPal is the safer, easier way to pay and get paid online. The service allows anyone to pay in any way they prefer, including through credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit or account balances, without sharing financial information.

Shipments
We enter the orders on a daily basis. Please allow 10-15 business days to receive your package.

Custom Orders
For larger orders or items that you would like with a customized logo, please e-mail your request and we will get back to you as soon as possible to assist you with your specific needs.
